I finally went back to TK today. With Gelina and Joan. After close to 4 years. The reason it took so long was mostly because of the bad memories I took away with me when I graduated from the school.

I remembered the ugly school uniform, the ugly school colours, the weird principal and the snobbish students. It’s no wonder why I never remembered any good memory of my secondary school. But after today’s trip back, I know I was being too harsh on my secondary school. There are good memories of TK. 3, in fact.

Mdm Faridah, Mrs Chee and Mr Tan. They made secondary school life much better. Of course, there’s Joan, Gelina, Xiuqi, Jia Yuan, Jing Huang, Yi Liang and Theresa. The friends I made in the 4 years I was there.

Maybe my next trip back would not be too long into the future. Maybe teachers’ day? Then again, on teachers’ day, Mr Tan and Mrs Chee will be very busy. Oh well, in another 4 years then! Haha.
