HOHOHO!!!!!!! i watched the preview!!!! must say that this is one of the nicest in all my years that i've watched the NDP.

goody bag:bag kinda ugly unless u carry it with the back facing out.
contents: 10/10!!! got feng you, tidbits, fan, 3250!!!!!, very nicely designed book, water.
the parade itself:8/10 i like most of them except for the part where the uniform groups come out. they looked like they were skipping! WTF?!

ok. so this is it. last year the NDP will be held in the National Stadium. before it gives way to a Sports Hub or sth. the emcees were all ok except for 1 who is so *** that he cant even keep up with the rest of the emcees who were running ard. lousy. i'd tot that would be a pre-requisite for being an emcee during a big event like the NDP.

the first event was the Red Lions. i loved it. i wanna try parachuting too!!! but cant do it in SG. sigh. need to go malaysia lor. like, how would u feel just when u are abt to jump out of the helicoptor? would the tots be those of regrets or those of happy phases of one's life? i wonder, seriously.

den there was a medley of songs with members of the parliament, the SM, the MM coming in in between thje songs. den it was followed by the PM and then the speaker of the parliament, not the president. everyone sitting at the back row of the blue sector were soooo not enthu when the speaker of parliament rode past in that green car. ha.

and the deyi band! O.M.G! thier uniforms are like, sooooooooooooo similar to TK's la. anyone with eyes would be able to tell that they copied TK band's uniform lor. and that drum major, he did not have the air about him like Marco-> he had this confidence abt him that like him sooooo shuai. and that deyi band major dropped the baton even when he didnt throw it into the air. ha. and he got the BEST band mojar in the SYF? ha.

i dunno why, but this year's NDP seems better and not so crappy le. the SOKA association put up a performance that's worth watching this year. and this year, they make use of the lights to form images on the ground which kinda acted as a guide for the performers cos they ALWAYS end up on the images, anyway. i think it's an innovative way to make sure everyone is at the right position. ha. and SOKA is NOT a cult. thank you very much. if they were one, why would the Singapore government allow them to put up an performance for the NDP EVERY single year? think of it this way, Fa Lun Gong has nv performed during NDPs cos they are considered a cult. so if SOKA is one too, dun u think that they would be treated the same way too?

the blue sector is the worse place to be at during the NDP. cos u sit opposite the VIPS. and the show is put up for the VIPs so while the VIPS see the face of the performers, we see the back/butt. and while the VIPs can enjoy the fireworks in a comfy position, we have to turn 180degrees to see it. and even then, we couldnt get the full spread of the fireworks.

but i gotta admit i'm impressed by the fireworks this year. it's more interesting and definitely better. and it's mostly gold and shine, not red and green. i think those red and green fireworks are not that nice lor.

the best part of this day is that i live near the National Stadium. i reached hme by 8.30pm while others still havent gotten onto their buses by 8.30pm. wahaha. and there was a big traffic jump at the roads beside my house becos everyone went to there to watch the fireworks.

advantages of living where i'm living:
1. can see ALL the fireworks at the national stadium when i look out of my window
2. just go to the next block to see fireworks as far away as sentosa
3. it's so accessible but it jams up everytime there's a big event at the national stadium or indoor stadium like the Big Walk, various concerts, etc.

wahaha. that's why i refuse to move away from my housing estate. =P

I OWN A 3250 (torchlight)!!! wahaha. but i still want a real one.

i saw Joan, Guo Ping, Yi Liang on the same day on wednesday!!!! actually, i was GLAD to see them!!! maybe i miss sec sch life after all. maybe just a bit. haha.

met kenny on wed too. he told me today that he got sth to ask me but refuse to say wad it is. stupid right. nvm. i'm gng to squeeze it outta him when i next see him. ha.

we are lagging behind for our PW now. sigh.

my sis is coming back SOOOOON!!! yay~ lol

guowei, get well soon!!! and congrats. =] if u ever see this.

can watch NDP tml!! yay~ lalala. now, i can have the 3250... torchlight. hahahaha.

as i was saying in the other post the other day, i took a trip down memory lane the other day.

cos i needed to pack up the room so we can move all the furniture out so my parents can paint the room (i helped too! in my clumpsy way, haha). anyway, i took down my 2 shoe box full of letters which dates back to 1999. cool eh? that 1st letter was from my primary 3 science teacher. i dun really rmb her now, only that she's well-rounded. =x

anyway, den there was letters frm xixun, a lot from her in fact. now she's in rj. J2 liao. A level this year. dun really talk anymore but ya, still got talk when we see each other online. den there were letters from bee joo when she was in the hme. den suddenly, she stopped writing i havent seen her since. kinda sad cos she's s a good fren despite her problems. =] den there was Hui Hui!!! she's in VJ can.. so smart la!!! omg. haha. i dunno wad happened but we suddenly stopped writing.. and there were those christmas cards and new year cards from noriko, bee kwee, wei ni, eric and many more.

den there are the penpals. kozumi, hian, daryl, kenny. only keeping in touch with 3 now. time pass so quickly. so many things change.

ok. jing huang, this is for u: haha. sorry if i felt that way. glad u still rmb me. =P i mean, come to think of it, we've been in the same class for 4years!!! i think sec 1 and 2 was more fun. u were sitting in front of me and gelina. sec 3 and 4 tok lesser liao. still rmb the book u wrote in last year? the doggy note book? well, i flipped thru it the other day. i saw ur msg again. and ya, we seldom tok anymore. and u are such a mugger now!!! like when i was, in sec 1 and 4. sec 2 and 3, i was really slacking. now i'm slacking again! omg. i shud start studying liao. dun pass promos, i sure die. and congrats for getting so great results!!! =]

still rmb those days when we wrote our top 10 best frens when we in pri sch? the more i think abt it, the more it didnt seem right. i think it's kinda mean. i dunno, but i think that kids dun think. haha. we do all kinds of silly things for the fun of it. like kicking lewis' leg until it's all blue and black. i dunno wad possessed me to do. to Lewis: sorry for that!! i dunno if u still rmb. pls accept this humble apology!

ate salted fish fried rice today. not v fantastic. from AMK S11 one.. i waited for so long too lor.. wasted my time. after that walked with peiqia nd junwei to mrt stn and wenzhao went the other way to hme.

have been seeing a lot of pple frm my old life this past 2 days. the other day in nj, i saw zihui frm pri sch( my pri sch best fren), saw josiah(sec 1 and 2 classmate but i dun rmb toking to him). saw gabriel(sec 1 and 2 classmate too but i think i've only toked to him a couple of times.that kind can really count with my fingers one) and ming rong(i think it's him.cos it looks like him. and gabriel and ming rong were in scouts together.he's sec 3 and 4 classmate and again, i dun think i've toked to him before) today at dhoby ghaut that bus stop. LoLx. it's no wonder why i dun miss my old life. i dun think i tok to anyone much before. esp to the guys. i think i've only toked to JJ occasionally, yi liang every morning, jinghuang(my 'bro' since sec 1 who dun seem like a 'bro' anymore), guo ping when i borrowed ruler from him during those mid year and end of year exams and jinyong when we were in sec 1 and 2).

from this point, i'm gng to sound SUPER sua ku. NJ is a damn cool sch. they've got so many staircase, i think i'll get lost in the maze of staircases. i think i agree with with en chun abt that. =P their toilets are a faaaaaarrrrr cry frm the ones in AJ. serious. they've got autoflush, tissue paper in every cubicle AND their sinks are red in color!!! and i forgot to say that all the staircase railings are RED too!!! omg. if only i had brains. ha~


ok. i'm sane again. forced yong to do chinese today. i think i've nv shouted so loudly in public before. that's the voice i used to argue with my bro. or mayb it was a tad louder than that. but still, yong really can push ppl to do the unthinkable. for me, that'll be shouting in school. read 8Days in class today. kena picked on by tcher for dng that. blah. wadever. ha~

I WASTED 1 BLOODY MARK DUE TO SHEER STUPIDITY!!!!! BLOODY HELL!!!!

then we took the UNSW english paper. it was... hmm... ok except that there's english terms like clauses that we nv did learn, or was i not listening in class? and it's a bit tight on the time. mayb i read slower than normal. ha.

no PE today. TOTALLY wasted my MC for 2 weeks. damn. wasted 1 day. next tueday have to get back to PE and torture. until then, i plan to train those useless arms of mine. ha.

strawberry sundae is better than the hot fudge one. at least to me la. as the saying goes, To Each His Own. i cant believe i said i prefer strawberry to chocolate. hmm.. i must be a bit crazy.

side tracking a bit, or entirely, however u choose to see it, my parents were so sweet today. like they shed away their ages and went back to 20 years ago. they can joke and laugh and tease each other. it's almost childish(not spoken with contempt in this case). hai~ i think this is as close to saying i would like for a person to share my life as i ever gotten to. y? mayb i'm changing. who noes...

today, they asked abt win. do i still like him? i dun rightly noe. mayb not, mayb yes. i dunno anymore. i hope i have learnt to let go. =/

u noe, for all that HJ say that i'm mature, i think i'm not. really. i still like to cling onto fantasies, cling onto the past. ha~ no use thinking so much anyway. i dun wanna think for the day anymore. wad's the use when ur brain's dried up anyway?

got back ALL the papers alr. i failed 3, passed 3. stupid. failed ALL the H2 subj and pass ALL the H1 subj. H1 subj: chem, GP and chinese. all Bs. H2 subj: Geog(subpass), Math(subpass), econs(Ungraded). sian la.. PTM sure die one. so screwed.

i passed GP!!! i got B4!!! yay!!! considering that i failed the 1st GP. get B4 for the 2nd one is so amazing!!! den my sis oso got BIG BIG cake liao.. lolx. i'm still pissed that they are not counting the oral and LC marks in. i can get A2 if they are counted in lor. bloody hell. now only got B3.. damn it man.

Astro ytd was fun.. i gotta noe those JC1 members.. cant rmb 3 guys' names though.

study sessions are good!!! i get to study!! heh heh. or else everyday go hme oso read storybooks before dng hw. oh ya, this wkend got a lot of hw. GP, PW, chinese, Math, econs. sian. need to do hw den can read storybooks.. oh ya, i've only slept for 12 hours in the past 3 days. stupid right. today actually can sleep later if i wasnt rudely awaken by my bro.

pls not let my parents see too manytchers. i feel like my bro now. who is always in hot demand when it comes to PTMs.. all the tchers got sth( more -ve than +ve thing) to tell my parents. hopefully, my 1st impression has not been seen through. i always work hard on my 1st impression and it's helped me a lot.. haha.. if a tcher sees this, i'm so dead. =P

WHEW!~ chinese oral is finally OVER!!! wahaha.i think this is the most successful oral exam ever. i spoke w/o being pushed to say anything. so blabber everything thing that came into my head. so funny and quite senseless to do it. but pq say even if i go out of point, it's ok.. so ya, i did just that.. talk non-stop. and the passage was manageable. but i think my results will still be a merit only. but who cares? haha. merit then merit lor.

went to tampines swensens today. haha. ate a lot. damn. very full.. and it's only 45 minutes from my hse. i tot it was 1 hour too..

no one is online now!!! so amazing!!!! haha.. still need to do math. so scik of it..

oh. my chinese downgrade frm A to B le. cos not counting LC and oral. damn. failed geog until very cham. cos dunno wad is sustainable development. sian.

fashions designers are perverts. they design clothes for models on the walkway which have translucent or see-through tops or hole-y skirts with cloth at strategic places only. i saw ALL that on the tv mobile, some comestic line's fashion walkway. may i noe, who's gng to wear those to the streets and strut ard in them?! and to further prove my point, all the designers who came out after all the models were male and they are only to the models' chest. sounds gross, doesnt it?

DARYL was molested by YONG YONG today!!! lolx.. well, not exactly molest but yong yong did step backwards into daryl when just moments ago, someone ask him how was his and yong's progress. lolx. poor daryl. lolx.

went to J8's NTUC amd bought Real McCoy's chips fpr just $1.95 when the UP is $3. muahahaha.

for GP lesson tday. watched a video on full body tatoo associated with Japanese mafia. and the long neck women in Myanmar who fled to Thailand. didnt get to wait the branding of flesh in NY though.. no time. havent heard of the branding before lor. like so cool but the ppl's gotta be insane lor. scared for live. just like tatoos but tatoos are much nicer u noe.. yup.. i wanna see the branding part. interesting! =] dun say i'm sadistic. =P

talked to my sis on the phone today. =] after 2 weeks.. haha..

i heard that some physics teacher reckon that hershey kisses sell well because they look like nipples. omg, u go. yes. u didnt see wrongly. may i add sth, u wonder whether he's a physics teacher or a biology teacher. wad kind of observation is that?! u noe wad, next time u eat another hersheys, u'd go, oh.. i tink i read in wd's blog that it looks like.... yup.. gross right? but u noe wad? the person who even thought of it is even more gross than everyone add together.. =]

oh, and the comprehension is STUPID. check this sentence out: A Teletubby, for example, is a Teletubby: a stupid person who lives in telly land.
guess wad? the person who wrote it is even more stupid than the Teletubby. a Teletubby is obviously a Teletubby, who dont know that? u are stating the obvious, alright?

went swimming today with gelina. finally!! i get to swim.. surprisingly, alvina and co are not keen on swimming although they like exercising.. and me, known for laziness and dislike for PE, wants to go swimming.. haha.. seriously, havent seen the yio chu kang swimming complex yet. cant wait to see it. shud be v pretty ba. =]

and one more thing. if ur butt cant fit nicely in one seat on the bus or train, kindly give the place to someone whose butt can fit in cos u will be taking seats for 2 persons if u insist on sitting down. that's VERY selfish if i must spell it out for u. anyway, with that big butt of urs, u'd be better off standing cos obviously, u need to lose some weight there. standing helps more than sitting cos the fats will just start concentrating there(ur butt) if u continue sitting. get it? now, change for the better of tomorrow, to urself and to others. be considerate, to urself and others.

HAPPINESS is.... CAO GE!!!! lolx. new slogan. lolx. anyway, i bought Cao Ge's cd today. and i'm sooooooooo happy!!!!! FINALLY!!! my beloved Cao Ge!!! lalalalalalala... so high.. got 10 songs la.. den ALL 10 songs are so good, i cant believe it. i'm like.. omg!!! i like all the songs!! and the best part is, Cao Ge either writes the lyrics or the tune for each song.. he's power!! but wad i dun understand is that why they put the photos of him smoking in the book and why he went to tattoo 'thaw' on his back. he's weird.. not as if he cant read english lor.. and the tattoos are ugly.. seriously.. but tattoo and smoking aside, it's a darn good album.. anyone wants to borrow it, sms me kk.. cos i'm not bringing discman to sch tml, no more batteries.. =]

ok.. today's interview.. i cant start saying how scary it was.. i was so nervous all the way up the lift and when we were standing outside the company's door.. oh god.. i was like.. shit shit shit.. my PR skills are like shit and i'm gng to be so screwed.. then that guy was a little late.. but nvm.. tried to calm my nerves.. when he came in, i'm so glad he's friendly lor.. den CH started asking qtn and i was like, er, cant catch up and when i finally do catch up, i asked only like 3 qtns? haiz.. failure.. omg.. i'm so glad it's OVER!! muahahaha.

den went to bugis, where i bought Cao Ge's cd and CH went to see bags.. went to the zinc shop at the edge, at bugis village.. i'm soooo tempted to buy another sling bag!! anyway, he nv buy any bag.. haha.. got so many nice bags lor.. but got crumpler wannabes too.. so obvious, not that i wan to say..

anyway, Cao Ge really rocks!!! lalalalalalala.. i'm off to my Cao Ge cd again.. lalalalalala.. HAPPINESS is... Cao Ge!!! remember!!!! =P

monday, HJ, kel, Syl, Alvina came. we played bball, and i fell down, reopening a wound i had on the knee.. bled profusely. down the length of my leg and soaked my slippers in blood, making it slippery to walk in.. best part is, i only wanted to shoot in but i cant even catch the ball. i'm a genius, really.

changed 2 teachers this semester. alice teo and carolina ip to dunnowadshisname(noe his chinese name but not the english version) and catherine ng respectively.. econs gng to improve, hopefully. chinese dunno how.. alice teo gave me confidence, now, i dunno.. hopefully he's as good..

got back 3 papers.. chem, math and chinese. passed chinese decently, passed chem with a B4 in o level terms (something i would nv imagine getting in TKH's class), a subpass for math. subpass still fail la.. sian la.. math leh!! sth i'm supposed to be good in leh.. GP, econs, geog --- prepare to fail!!!

kitchen renovation done. now it's much brighter.. =]

study sessions twice a week for 3 hours each are gng to start soon.. promos in 10 to 12 weeks. so screwed.. hopefully the study sessions will help.. i dun wan to retain.. not now.. not when i'm so near to uni and maritime.. haiya, sian. need to go out to work in like 5-6 years? so fast..

anyway, y only WZ and me think that 26 to young an age to get married? like, so scary lah.. imagine u getting married in 9 years' time.. kinda daunting, dont u think?
