My little brother looks all grown up, doesn't he?

*edited on 2nd Sept* I take back my words. He came back drunk at 12.01am. He knows his tolerance is low like hell and yet he went out and got drunk. And he's underaged! I swear, I am the only sane person around! LITTLE brother he still is.
