Hi guys!

Thank you so much for giving me such a nice surprise today. :)

Ronald Chin fabricated a web of lies (white lies, it may be, but still lies!). We went to Vivo City with Josephine (Ronald's gf) because I didn't want to stay in school and rot for 4.5 hours from 10am to 2.30pm... So after printing the necessary notes, we went out.

And Ronald said they had to find presents for their friends (which is the truth). Then he said that Josephine needs to buy a cake for her friend (lie!) cos they are celebrating her birthday today (half truth, since they are REALLY celebrating a birthday today). They asked me where can buy cake. I suggested BreadTalk since that's the only cake shop I know of in Vivo.

But in the end we settled for awfully chocolate's chocolate cake (more about that later). Then Ronald Chin asked Josephine how old 'her friend' is, all the while telling her secretly that 'she' is 19 (lies!).

On the way back to school, after sending Josephine off on bus A2, and Ronald still carrying the cake, I asked him why he never pass the cake to Josephine. And he said that she's only collecting it after our PF1101 lecture (another lie!). So I asked him why Josephine friend (he said 'she' is her course mate) is 19. Then he said it's her junior (lies!).

Then when I was at the table with the M5 n Flagfish n Quailfish people, Ju Ming asked me to accompany her to the restroom cos she said Jie Ying don't want to go with her (another lie!).

But really, I am very very very touched that M5 peeps remember my birthday. I mean, I hadn't expected it since I thought they wouldn't have remembered. What with us only knowing each other for 2 months?

Ah, about the awfully chocolate cake, it's good stuff! It's such a waste to eat it down without truly savouring the texture, and the rich chocolate taste. And I had 2 helpings although I wolfed the 2nd helping down due to time constraint (PF1101 was starting!).

Thanks my dear friends! I enjoyed the celebration although I overshot my photo taking quota today. Haha.
