The day started off real badly. Met up with my project group mates, with the INTENTION of going through the slides and allocating who do which part of the presentation. What we ENDED up doing was redoing the part 2 of the slides. Everyone was fucking frustrated la. There was tension in the air and by 7pm, they finally decided to change it (and I was supposed to meet my 6Di classmates at 6.45pm). So we changed it and it took quite long. Then it was not saved properly and all the changes DISAPPEARED so we re-did the whole thing! Got damn fucking pissed off with the piece of crap too.

It's the same piece of crap mention in one of the previous posts. Let me tell you what he did. About a week ago, he was supposed to do ppt slides for 5 factors. Half a day before the submission date, he called up my friend to say his comp spoil and only handed up 1.5slides with 3 factors. Then he told my friend to combine his and my friends and tell the group leader that they did it together (fucking bastard).

Then today (10Sept) he was No Action, Talk Only (NATO) and he thinks he is contributing (fucking free-loader act smart asshole). Then he left early, claiming that he has to go back to prepare his speech. He later sms-ed my friend saying he will be at my friend's room the next day at 9am to do rehearsals and that he was going to sleep cos he was not feeling well (did you buy that?).

Anyway, we finished the ppt slides at 9pm and finally I was free! Call Theresa and I went down to Swensens at The Heeren. Reached there at 10pm. Surprised to see Lih Yee there cos I think I haven't seen her since P6. Haha. She's still the same. :)

At Swensens there was Theresa, Lih Yee, Eric, Jonathan, Zhen Yew and Jing Yuan. All my oldest friends. I was really surprised that we still can talk so naturally and freely after so many years. Especially with Lih Yee cos if I remember correctly, we hardly ever talked back then...

They threw a surprise celebration for me too. (: Swensens ice-cream cake. It was god stuff, just that the cake layer at the bottom is kind of an anti-climax. It just does not belong there! Oh, and the Oreo cookie was soggy. Otherwise, it was great! The ice cream, the whipped cream... Heavenly!

And my dear friends gave me a gloomy bear and a 'card'. Haha. They're such sweethearts! :) My birthday this year seems to be very long... People have been celebrating it with me since 2 Sept all the way to 10Sept. I feel so cherished. (:

Back to that piece of crap.

We were supposed to meet at 9.30am at the same place to do the presentation dry run. At 10, that piece of crap still do not turn up. So we called him, put the call on speaker mode. He had the cheek to say that he's on his way and ask if we were meeting at 10am or 10.30am. I swear, he's got the thickest skin in town! He was informed it will be at 9.30am!

To add on to that, someone saw him buying supper last night when he was supposedly 'not feeling well' and had gone to sleep. Chronic Liar.

Later, 10 minutes into the tutorial, he suddenly had cold feet and asked my friend to do the presentation. He was the one who insisted on presenting since god knows when and 10 min into the tutorial, he's throwing the responsibility to someone else! Fucking scumbug!

And during the presentation, it's clear to us (and to the professor as well, I'm sure) that he had not done the reading (of the article we are supposed to do on) and he was just making it up as he was going. He obviously did not know the slides well either. I think he screwed it up (although only we and the prof knows). If our marks are pulled down by him, I swear I was personally KILL him.

I'm just glad one project is finally over and there's only 1 more to go. And I hope to god that next semester and the rest of the semesters, I don't have to put up with incompetent free-loaders like him. My uni life will be miserable with the presence of such dumb people.
