caller: hello, is this aeriel? me: ya... caller: i am MXXXX and i'm calling from #*$%( company. you are down for a job interview. so when will you be free to come down for the interview? and i was like, WTF?! i didn't apply for any job and he just mumbled his name and his company name. caller: oh, wait. how old are you? me: what? how old am i?! *like, WTF again?! he don't know how old i am and he's offering me a job?!* er... 19. caller: oh, so you are schooling now? me: er... ya. caller: poly? me: no. caller: JC? me: ya. as you can see, i don't feel like being friendly. but he's not deterred. DAMN! caller: oh, ok. so when are you free to come down for an interview? me: hello, i am schooling? i don't want to work. caller: why don't i give you my number and if you need a job, you can contact me? or if your friends are looking for a job, you can give them my number? me: ok, sure. i was thinking, stupid guy. so desperate to find people to work. must be some shit work no one wants to do. anyhow han-tam one name and one number and happily call. oh, and when i asked him where he got my number from, he said from his resource team. and they could have gotten it from the internet but he's not sure. conclusion: he's got a lousy job too. calling unknown people and fielding questuons from suspicious and hostile people. well, too bad for him. anyone wants the job? i can give you the number but don't blame me if it's shit job. i will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction resulting from the acceptance of the job i don't know anything about. -aeRieL- 18 April 2008 absence makes the heart (grow) fonder or out of sight, out of mind? seems to me that the latter is more true nowadays. what about you? i need more opinions... -aeRieL-
